Stonehenge Playlist 05-21-10

We found time enough for a Classic Rock Album this week. For the uninitiated, for more than 30 years, Stonehenge has traditionally opened the show with an all-time classic album, played from beginning to end. This week's CRA, the debut LP by Nektar - Journey to the Centre of the Eye, from 1971. It's a compelling, dark and claustrophobic LP, full of psychedelia and progressive space goodness. This space trip is definitely a sinister, 2001-esque experience!

In fact, I see someone has been kind enough to upload the whole album in sequence on youtube, if you want to have a listen.
