Stonehenge Playlist 12-06-2013

Tonight's Classic Rock album was the 1973 lp "Witness" by Spooky Tooth.  Spooky Tooth formed in 1967 when Gary Wright joined the band "Art" after being introduced to the band by Chris Blackwell - founder of Island records.  The band was made up of truly outstanding musicians -- Mike Harrison, Greg Ridley - who later joined Humble Pie, Luther Grosvenor - who later took the stage name Aerial Bender and joined Mott the Hoople, Mike Kellie and Gary Wright who formed Wonderwheel and also went on to much solo success.  Check out this outstanding  video of the band on German TV -- with the classic "Cotton Growing Man"
