This week's classic album was the underground masterwork of England's T2, a killer 3 piece featuring members of Gun, Please, Bulldog Breed and Neon Pearl. The LP, entitled 'It'll All Work Out In Boomland' has been sat in the WREK vault for decades waiting for us, so we couldn't resist.

Here's one of the shorter tracks from the LP, entitled J.L.T. I was just discussing this album with local musician extraordinaire James Joyce, who mentioned that the noted musician Jim O'Rourke (lately of Sonic Youth) based almost his entire solo sound on this single song. I can dig it.

Some technical issues at WREK this week left us with just one functioning turntable, so we were forced to take refuge in our CD's. As a result, tonight's show had a few tunes that we haven't played in a while. It's always good to mix it up.

Congratulations to our competition winners this week: To win tickets to see the Scorpions this week, they gave us the correct answer to our question: Which famous German record label released the first Scorpions LP 'Lonesome Crow' in Germany? Answer: Brain Records!

This week's Classic Rock Album kicked off the Show, and it was the first time we've played a Bloodrock LP. We stumped for 'Bloodrock 3', so here's the opening track, 'Jessica':
